Forms of Payment Accepted

Returns and Exchanges

Country Heart Gift Shoppe wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Merchandise in its original condition can be returned within 7 days from receipt for an exchange or store credit, including sales tax (if applicable). Please note that we do not refund the original shipping and handling charge, and do not charge additional shipping on exchanges.

Please email us at customerservice@countryheartgiftshoppe.com to request a refund or credit.

Be sure to include a note of explanation and instructions as to whether you want a refund or an exchange. UPS automatically insures packages for $100, however we recommend that you insure shipments for their full purchase price. Postal returns are not automatically insured for any value, therefore always need to be insured.

Damaged Merchandise

Hold on to the merchandise along with the original packaging and give us a call at 888-835-4984.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is based on the total cost of your order. When you fill out an online order form, shipping charges will be automatically added for your information. We ship USPS and UPS within the continental United States.

Country Heart Gift Shoppe wants you to be completely satisfied with your online shopping experience, and every effort is made to ensure your order is fulfilled promptly and accurately. We ship most products via USPS or UPS to destinations within the continental United States. Larger items go UPS and smaller items are shipped through the US Postal Service. If you have a different address for each and are not sure which way your order will be shipped, please make a note in the 'Special Instructions' section of the order form.

Shipping Charges

The shipping charges listed above only apply to the continental 48 states. Sales tax will be charged on all Pennsylvania orders.

We also ship to Canada and other foreign countries primarily through the US Postal Service and charge only the actual cost of the shipment which is based upon total weight and location. Please phone 888-835-4984 for a shipping quote.

Expedited Shipping

Most orders go out within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends!) and will reach United States destinations within 2 to 8 days. Expedited shipping is available! Product Availability

We do our best to keep everything in stock for immediate shipment, but due to the fact that most of our merchandise is hand made, we are occasionally unable to meet the demand. If we are unable to ship an item within a week, we will either e-mail you or call you with a projected ship date. If you are in a real rush, give us a call at 888-835-4984 for immediate information on availability and/or pricing. We do not charge your credit card until the time of shipment.

Gift Orders

Country Heart Gift Shoppe is happy to enclose a custom, hand-written message on a gift card with a gift purchase.

Order Status

We ship both UPS and USPS. Most orders with larger items on them will be shipped UPS and you will be emailed a tracking number when the shipment has been processed. Most smaller items are sent two day priority mail and you can give us a call if you would like a tracking number. 888-835-4984.
